• SCPF suddenly finding anomalies very hard to find and contain. people talk about it on social media and it spreads, their government contacts aren't that cooperative, hard to surveil the whole world, etc. the realization - CK-class scenario just happened and all the anomalies they currently have were retroactively "contained" (with explanations) to fit the SCPF size
• SCPF maintains things via "normalcy realism", humans have inmate ontokinetic properties but in the modern age normalcy orgs, in concert with colonialism, remade the world to control it in a particular structure. this is how SRAs etc work (Humes are fake), by channeling the populace's perception. but normalcy is failing, things cannot hold.
• SCPF tries to contain a big thing. but its deal is the more force you use against it, the more it responds with. they send experts and then Nu-7 battalions and eventually the force reaction destroys the SCPF. in its absence anomalies have a bad period but in general things get much better, most problems being caused by destruction and containment
