Item #: SCP-7254
Object Class: N/A
File Organization Notice: Joint RAISA/Department of Analytics order RAISA-24119 has placed a set of 100,000+ distinct anomalies under this SCP designation. Under this order, all anomalies flagged by Department of Analytics model M-7254-TR2 or manually reviewed as fitting RAISA-24119 criteria are to be recorded as sub-anomalies of SCP-7254.
The objects are believed to be unrelated, but due to similarities in containment procedures, anomalous hazards, and the technical and logistical issues associated with standard SCP designation procedure, this special operating procedure has been implemented in its stead. For questions about this policy, contact RAISA Anomaly Designation Head Jio Takada.
Special Containment Procedures: All objects categorized under SCP-7254 are to be contained in standard Class-L4 (hermetically sealed) inanimate object lockers. Non-essential testing is prohibited.
For additional containment procedures concerning each anomaly, consult its associated documentation.
Description: SCP-7254 is a holding category for anomalies which are under the purview of RAISA-24119. A consistency and redundancy assessment on all affected anomalous objects is currently being conducted.
For additional information concerning each anomaly, consult its associated documentation. Note that due to the massive number of anomalies present, most were not given full analyses and have only provisional data.

Status: In Progress

Description:
This ticket was automatically created by COMMAND.aic. If you believe this issue was created in error, please file a ticket with assignee COMABNMFAULT.
Beginning at 2020/03/10 09:32, 1,532 anomalous objects were filed with requests for SCP designations. Estimated man-hours for containment duty exceed capacity for Site-952. Given site personnel observation data, SCP designation requests are expected to continue for 6 hours. Abnormality in number of mobilized Site-952 personnel noted.
Due to the large number of pending SCP objects from one facility, the slot-assignment service has backstopped all requests with temporary-origin flag 0x7f668d9592c0, pending manual review.
To determine if the large number of new anomalies indicates the presence of a K-class scenario, RISK.aic was consulted. It has assessed that the overall risk for the 1,532 objects was LOW WITH CONTAGION RISK. It additionally has assessed the impacted area as LOCALIZED INCIDENT.
Personnel physical health evaluation (level: MODERATE) has been recommended to Site-952 Command.
Personnel memetic and cognitohazard evaluation (infectivity: LOW) has been recommended to Site-952 Command.
COMMAND.aic has published the above findings to Site-952 and Overwatch Command as DOC-359873-84.
- Assassination attempt against Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok.
- Site-17 quarterly fire drill.
- Upgrade of FRAMERAIL terminal software in region EU3 (ticket #LG37G0W).
