Item #: SCP-xxxx

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Mobile Task Force Omicron-10 ("Night Bumpers") is to monitor children disappearances and reports of household paranormal activity worldwide for possible manifestations of SCP-xxxx. Confirmed witnesses are to be administered Class-C amnestics following questioning.

If a case of SCP-xxxx manifestation has been confirmed but the Subject is unrecoverable the following morning, standard Foundation identity erasure protocol is to be executed.

Description: SCP-xxxx is a phenomenon in which individuals spontaneously disappear during REM sleep at night time. Affected individuals (hereby referred to as Subject) have a 74% chance of remanifesting the following morning, typically 0700 to 0900 hours local time.

From documented cases, the following criteria are hypothesized to trigger SCP-xxxx when met:

  • Subject is within 2 - 13 age bracket.
  • Subject is staying at their home, however a case where the Subject stays at a relative's house has been documented.

Recovered Subjects reported no change in location during the duration of the anomaly. While initially thought to be dream-based, confirmed evidence of physical trauma suggested the anomaly to be extradimensional in nature. Aside from a variety of anomalous entities and phenomena, the dimension is reported to be identical or at least recognizable as the residence of the Subject.
