Summary: The SCP Foundation was a Chidtty anomaly organization founded in an unknown year and dissolved in Y5524 after it was absorbed into the Atlantean Anomaly Agency per the Lostrus Agreement. It engaged in the philosophy of "containment" of anomalous phenomenon to suppress them from knowledge by Chidtty peoples, but simultaneously wielded paranormal technology in its operations. It remained intentionally secret for most of its existence.

Humans have lived all over Earth for s
the Chidtty peoples were numerous and spread across all landmasses, including Ice Land, where a number of primitive science stations were built. Contrary to popular conception, there were many different Chidtty nations and peoples who formed a diverse set of groups with differing philosophies and cultural practices. Many of these were in fact in conflict with each other, and did not agree on all matters.
Chidtty people were advanced, with telecommunications, dense cities, and international organizations, such as the "United Nations", an institution designed to foster peace and cooperation between Chidtty.
